We appreciate your interest in our real estate photography services. Before proceeding with our services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms: By using our real estate photography services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services: We offer professional real estate photography services, including but not limited to property photography, virtual tours, and drone photography.

Photography

a. Photos are generally ready on a Dropbox link 24 hours after the photography session.
b. Extra images can be ordered during the photography session.

Floor Plans

c. The floor plans we provide are for marketing purposes only. They are not to be used as a legal document.
d. Floor plans are generally ready the following day after the shoot.

3. Booking and Payment:

a. To book our services, please contact us through our website or designated channels.

b. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. c. Full payment is due on the day of the scheduled photography session unless otherwise determined.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

a. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee.

b. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

5. Property Preparation:

a. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the property is clean, decluttered, and photo-ready before the scheduled session.

b. The photographer may make minor adjustments for optimal presentation.

6. License and Usage:

a. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the photographs for marketing purposes related to the property.

b. The client may not sell or transfer the license to a third party without the photographer’s written consent.

7. Copyright:

a. The photographer retains the copyright to all images.

b. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the images is strictly prohibited.

8. Delivery:

a. The final edited images will be delivered to the client within 1-2 days after the photography session.

b. The delivery method will be agreed upon between the client and the photographer.

9. Image Revisions:

a. Clients may request minor edits within 1 day of receiving the final images.

b. Major revisions may be subject to an additional fee.

10. Liability:

a. Madlee Media is not responsible for any damage to property or belongings during the photography session.

b. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for the photography session.

11. Confidentiality:

a. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement.

12. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the Australian Government Copyright Act.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Madlee Media reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting.
